Months of audits and document gathering can be accelerated using specialist, trained and experienced consultants with FM Compliance specific software to make the process easy to use and give a detailed, accurate picture of "where we are now" against "where we want to be" within weeks.

Compliance Manager Software

For continuous monitoring of legal and health & safety compliance on site, the Compliance Manager software allows experienced FM staff to perform their own audits.
For a licence fee, the experienced FM can use the Compliance Manager software to interrogate the policies, training and documentation required to ensure legal and health & safety compliance.
Questions are set out in various categories and sections, giving feedback on whether the question has been satisfied or not, using a 5 star criteria. Answers are then awarded a colour according to the score allocated and all scores are analysed to give an overall percentage of compliance.
An Action Plan is produced to give a summary of improvements required and a dashboard provides easy indication of progress.

Risk Control Manager

Available as web-based software or free to download App, Risk Control Manager puts you in control of your staff's Risk Assessment activities.
For a licence fee, Managers and Supervisors can put Risk Assessments directly into the hands of their FM staff. 
A database of 500 templates for FM tasks have been compiled and are stored within the software.  Staff can easily log in to view an already completed Risk Assessment and amend and save a new one before the task starts, as required by HSE. 
Each time a Risk Assessment is viewed or a new one saved, it is time and date stamped so the manager or supervisor can review who is completing the assessments and when.

Safety Rules and Procedures

The perfect solution for complex, high risk work activities.  Why carry books of working procedures when an App can do the same?

Compliance Audits and Engineering Services

Compliance Audit
Most Facilities Managers have little opportunity to analyse the output of the department in a logical, detached, independent way.  A comprehensive audit by the site management (while they are also carrying out their day to day jobs) could take 3 - 6 months to complete and still require an Action Plan for the implementation of any requirements where gaps have been highlighted to be written and prioritised.  

Using the Compliance Manager software, your Canty Compliance consultant has the knowledge, skills and experience to quickly ascertain whether your systems and procedures are legally and health & safety compliant.

Canty Compliance can attend your site as independent consultants to objectively analyse the policies, procedures and output of the Facilities Department.  On completion of the audit a full written report on the findings, photographs and other supporting evidence are released, along with the Compliance Manager software results.  As part of the report, an Action Plan detailing the gaps found and what should be done to rectify any shortfalls is available, which can be exported to Excel format for filtering and allocation of dates and responsible persons.
